火炬松引种家系遗传测定研究

摘    要:对美国火炬松第一代实生种子园改良种子 7个引进家系开展 8a遗传测定结果揭示 ,火炬松引进家系间在树高、胸径、材积等调查性状上有着极显著的差异 .多点方差分析表明 ,火炬松家系在树高、胸径和材积生长性状上 ,基因型主效应、基因型×环境互作效应以及地点效应均达到极显著水平 ,基因型×环境互作分量略大于基因型分量 ,而地点的效应最明显 .可见火炬松家系对地域的条件的要求较高 ,应选择较好的立地栽培 .通过对火炬松参试家系的综合评价 ,评出速生、稳定、较抗病的家系有 7- 69、 8- 74、 8- 1 0 4、 8- 37,其中 7- 69、 8- 74两个家系最好 ,可供生产上推广及作为将来遗传育种优良材料 .7个参试的家系全部比当地马尾松生长快 ,平均材积遗传增益为 62 .74%,其中最好的两个家系平均材积遗传增益为 72 .34%,实际增益达 1 1 6.67%;与火炬松商品种比 ,材积遗传增益为 1 9.2 0 %

Abstract:Genetic measurements were conducted for eight years for seven introduced families of American loblolly pine (Pinus taeda) cultivated in the first generation seeding orchard The results showed that significant differences exited in tree height, DBH and volume between the families Variance analysis indicated that for tree height, DBH and volume, genotype effects, mutual effects of genotype and environment, and location effects are all significant between the families, with significance decreased in the order: location>interaction of genotype and environment>genotype Significant location effects suggested that favorable site is important for loblolly pine growth Through comprehensive analysis on families, the selected families with attributes of fast growing, stability and disease resistance included 7-69、8-74、8-104、8-37, among them 7-69、8-74 are the best and suitable for popularity in practice The seven tested families all grew faster than the native Masson's pine, with 62 74% average genetic gain in volume achieved The average genetic gain in volume for the two best families reached 72 34%, with actual gain of 116 67% Compared with the commercial species of loblolly pine, genetic gain in volume is 19 2%
