摘    要:研究不同浓度 PEG、不同处理时间渗透处理对超干杉木、马尾松和黑松种子活力的影响 .结果表明 ,PEG渗调处理对超干杉木和马尾松发芽率和活力有明显的提高作用 .种子水分越低 ,回湿效果越明显 ,不同 PEG浓度及不同的处理时间对种子活力影响不同 ,杉木和马尾松种子均以 2 0 % PEG处理效果最好 ,1 0 % PEG处理次之 ,2 5 % PEG最差

Abstract:This paper dealt with the effects of PEG pretreatment,including different concentrations and treat time,on the vigor of ultradried seed,such as Cunninghamia lanceolata and Pinus massoniana.The results showed that the vigor of ultradried seeds mentioned above had a significant improvement by PEG pretreatment.In a certain range of MC,the lower MC of seeds was,the better effect was.And it also confirmed the concentrations of PEG bring the different effects,e.g.,the effect of the treatment by PEG20% was the best,the next was PEG10% treatment,and the effect of the treatment by PEG25% was the worst.
