掺入杂木生产中密度纤维板的研究

在以马尾松为原料的中密度纤维板生产工艺中，改为杂木加入比例１５％和３０％的试验结果表明：随着杂木加入量的增加，混合木片的松密度和纤维松密度增大，热磨机的产量得以提高，纤维的ＰＨ值降低；杂木加入１５％时极的物理力学性能提高１２％～３０％，加入量达３０％时性能指标下降，但仍满足要求；延长木片预热时间ＰＨ值降低，大量半纤维素降解成品板面光洁度降低；杂木比例小于４０％板面光洁度比纯马尾松的要好．

Application of Hardwood Slash to Production of Medium Density Fiberboard

The studies on application of hardwood slash to prodution of medium density fiberboard revealed that it was feasible to incorporate 30% ～40% slash chips into the established technology. However,too large proportion of chip incorporation may decrease the smooth finish of products and induce mould-stain on the surface.
