摘    要:切割潜蝇茧蜂Psyttalia incisi(Silvestri)]是寄生橘小实蝇幼虫—蛹期的重要寄生蜂。应用经筛选的8个10 bp随机引物,运用随机扩增多态DNA(random amplified polymorphic DNA,RAPD)技术比较其漳州种群和引进种群(美国夏威夷)的分子多态性。结果表明,2个地理种群A、B分离物之间相异系数均大于0.7,地理种群内部分离物相异系数分别为0.3和0.12,差异较小。不加权算术平均组对法(unweighted pair group mothed with arithmetic mean,UPGMA)聚类结果表明,4个分离物在0.76的相异水平上可以聚为2个群体,而在0.12的相异水平上才能聚为4个群体。表明A、B地理种群之间相异性较高,差异较大。

Abstract:Psyttalia incisi(Silvestri) is a new record of solitary endoparasitoid in Fujian,China.Four isolates were obtained from P.incisi cultivated from two geographic populations.On the basis of isolation of single adult and the acquisition of series of the isolates,8 random primers of 10 bp were occupied in analysis of genetic diversity by random amplified polymorphic DNA.The dissimilarity coefficient between isolates A and isolates B was more than 0.7,while within isolates A was 0.3 and B 0.12,respectively.Dendrogram of UPGMA cluster analysis revealed that 4 isolates of P.incisi were divided into 2 groups according to the dissimilarity coefficient of 0.76,but four group according to the dissimilarity coefficient of 0.12,and indicated there was certain difference(between) two geographic P.incisi populations which habitat associating with geographic condition in some degree.
