闽楠种源苗期试验初步研究

摘    要:在福建明溪对来自福建、江西2省的21个闽楠种源进行种源育苗试验,并对1年生闽楠苗期性状、地理分布规律及气象因子进行分析。结果表明:闽楠种源苗高与地径与经度呈显著负相关,与纬度呈较小的负相关性,同时温度与无霜期是制约闽楠苗木生长的主导因子。闽楠种内存在丰富的遗传变异:苗高、地径、一级侧枝数、地上部分干(鲜)重、地下部分干(鲜)重等性状在种源间都有显著或极显著的差异,这些差异主要是受遗传因素制约;初步筛选出江西龙南、宜丰、吉安、井冈山、上犹以及福建尤溪等6个种源,其苗高、地径的平均遗传增益为19.16%和20.3%,增产效果显著。

Abstract:The test on 21 provenances of Phoebe bournei from 2 provinces(Fujian and Jiangxi Province),was carried out in Mingxi Nursery Garden.Based on the analysis of 1-year-old seedling traits from different provenances,the genetic variations of P.bournei were studied with statistical methods,such as variance and correlation analysis.The results showed that great variations occur within the P.bournei provenance,significant and extremely significant negative correlation exists among provenances in seedling height,diameter,lateral branch,dry/wet weight of stem and root etc..These differences were mainly controlled by genetic factors.In addition,6 superior provenances were tentatively selected from Longnan,Yifeng,Ji′an Jianganshan,Shangyou and Youxi ect.,whose average genetic gains of height and diameter were 19.16% and 20.3% respectively,which indicated striking selection effect.
