毛竹叶挥发性成分的提取与GC-MS分析

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏和 GC- MS联用技术 ,对毛竹叶挥发性成分进行提取、分离、鉴定 ,共获得 67个色谱峰 ,鉴定了其中 53种成分 ,占挥发性成分总量的 94.1 3% ,含量最高的为叶醇2 0 .33% ,其次为 2 -己烯醛 1 4.62 % ,在 53种成分中醇类有 1 0种 ,其含量占挥发性成分总量的48.61 % ,醛类有 1 7种 ,其含量占挥发性成分总量的 2 2 .2 6%。

Abstract:By adopting distillation of Phyllostachys heterocyla cv pubescens leaves and GC MS analysis,the Volatile composition of Phyllostachys heterocyla cv pubescens leaves was extracted,seperated and identified in which 67 chromatographic humps were gained 53 kinds of composition are identified which make up 94 13 percent of the total volatile composition are identified 3 Hexen 1 01 is the composition with the highest content of 20 33 percent 2 Hexenal with the second highest content of 14 62 percent There are 10 alcohol compounds and 17 aldehydes compounds,among the identified composition,whose contents respectively make up 48 61 and 22 26 percent of total volatile composition respectively
