三峡库区岸生植物枸杞对短期水淹的恢复响应

摘    要:模拟三峡水库运行周期,通过将枸杞植株全淹和半淹60 d后出水恢复30 d,探索短期水淹对枸杞植株形态特征和根系非结构性碳水化合物含量恢复的影响。结果表明:(1)经60 d全淹和半淹处理的枸杞植株,出水后都能恢复生长;(2)全淹植株出水30 d后,枝长和每株叶片增量显著,分别为(4.17±0.99)cm和40.33±5.93。株高增量和根体积无显著增加,根生物量呈不显著下降;(3)半淹植株出水30 d后,枝长增量为(6.03±2.72)cm,根生物量为(0.025 0±0.006 9)g,较0 d时有显著增加。株高和叶片增量以及根体积均无显著增加。(4)出水30 d后,全淹植株根系可溶性糖含量(67.51±2.15)mg.g-1]较0 d时无显著变化,淀粉含量(77.45±5.01)mg.g-1]和非结构性碳水化合物总量(144.96±7.08)mg.g-1]较0 d时有显著增加。半淹植株出水后30 d,根系可溶性糖、淀粉含量以及非结构性碳水化合物总量无显著变化,分别为(90.85±3.30)mg.g-1、(97.81±7.50)mg.g-1和(188.66±8.67)mg.g-1。

Abstract:To investigate the effects of short-term submergence(or waterlogging) on morphological characteristics and roots' non-structural carbohydrate(NSC) content recovered of Lycium chinense,through imitating the operational cycle of Three Gorges Reservoir,the plants were submerged or waterlogged for 60 days and then recovered for 30 days under lab condition.The results showed as follows.(1) All the plants could recover after submergence or waterlogging 60 days.(2) After 30 days of recovery,the increments of branch length and number of leaves of submerged plants were(4.17±0.99) cm and 40.33±5.93.There were no significant increases in root volume and plant height increment.Besides,root biomass decreased non-significantly.(3) After recovering 30 days,the branch length of waterlogged plants increased(6.03±2.72) cm and root biomass was(0.025 0±0.006 9) g.And the increases in plant height,leaves number increment and root volume were not obvious.(4) After recovering 30 days,there were no significant changes in the root's soluble sugar content of submerged plants (67.51±2.15) mg·g-1.However,the starch content (77.45±5.01) mg·g-1] and total NSC content (144.96±7.08) mg·g-1] increased significantly,compared with 0 day.The root's soluble sugar,starch and the total NSC content of the waterlogged plants had no significant changes,which were(90.85±3.30) mg·g-1,(97.81±7.50) mg·g-1 and(188.66±8.67) mg·g-1,respectively.
