侧柏种源的地理变异趋势

摘    要:用11个不同的数学模型,拟合28个侧柏Platycladus orientalis(L.)Franco种源在纬度或经度上的一维地理变异趋势。侧柏树高、地径、侧枝数、叶色、叶面溢脂数和开花率等性状与纬度呈渐变倾群的变异,苗木保存率和存苗率与经度有关,其它性状与经度的关系不明显。多项式趋势分析,圈出了侧柏二维地理变异高次趋势面,树高、地径等性状明显地划分为3个渐变倾群,即四川倾群,华东倾群,华北、西北倾群。四次趋势面划出侧柏早期开花率2个变异中心和1个变异带,由变异中心向四周呈辐射状变异。剩余分析表明,山东历城(4号)种源在大部分趋势面上表现异常高值变异,是个值得注意的随机变异。

Abstract:The models of one-dimensional geographic variation on the north latitude or the east longitude for 28 provenances in Platycladus orientalis (L.) Franco are fitted in with 11 mathematical models. The results show that 6 characters, including total tree height (H) , diameter ground-high ( DGH ) , number of branch(B), colour of leaf(L), number of overfell tallow(T) , and percent of flower (F), are of variation in graduated dine with latitude. Seedling durability, however, relates to longitude, but it is not quite clear to others. The pictures of tow dimensional trendsurface are drawn by higher-degree polynomials trend analysis. The characters of the H, DGH and B are evidently divided into 3 topoclines, that is (1) Shichuan cline,(2) Huadong cl-ine, (3) Huabei & Xibei cline. Four-degree trend-surface for F indicated tow variational central and one variationl band. F changes from cental to all ar-ound in radiol variation. Licheng Shandong provenance ( numer 1 ) is presented as variation of exceptional high valve by residual analysis.
