锦带花硬枝扦插研究

摘    要:研究不同插穗类型、不同外源激素及质量浓度对锦带花硬枝扦插的影响 结果表明:1 锦带花属皮部生根为主的综合生根类型;2 在供试的3种外源激素中,以ABT效果最好,其次为IBA,NAA最差,但也优于对照 3 不同质量浓度的外源激素均能促进插穗生根,其中以100mg/kg的IBA的效果最好,其次为200mg/kg的ABT,200mg/kg的NAA效果最差;4 从根长、生根率及根数等3个指标对不同插穗类型进行综合评价,以直径为3mm的插穗生根效果最好,直径为6mm的插穗生根情况稍差,直径为9mm的最差

Abstract:Effects of varieties and concentrations of hormone on rooting of cuttings of Weigela florida L. with hardwood were investigated. The research results indicated: The type of rooting position of W. florida L. belongs to synthetic types, most roots do not come from callus; All the hormones have accelerating effects on rooting of hardwood, the treatment effects of ABT are best and the treatment effects of IBA are prior to those of NAA, which are better than the treatment effects of control trials; the effects of varieties concentrations of hormone are different. The best is 100 mg/kg of IBA,The better is 200 mg/kg of ABT,and the worst is (200 mg/kg) of NAA;the varieties of cutting diameter have apparent differences in rooting percentage, adventitious root length and root numbers,and the treatment effects of diameter of 3 mm are best than those of diameter of 6 mm ,and the effects of diameter of 9 mm are worst.
