摘    要:以四川省宜宾市长宁县的丛生竹竹种梁山慈竹竹篾为试材,对其浸胶过程中可能影响浸胶量的树脂固体含量、浸胶时间、竹篾厚度及竹篾发霉程度4个因子进行了正交试验及分析,优化的浸胶条件为树脂固体含量30%,浸胶时间6 min,竹篾的厚度范围控制在1.2-1.8 mm,不宜用严重发霉的竹篾。用优化的浸胶条件对梁山慈竹、硬头黄竹、慈竹竹篾的浸胶性能进行了比较及量化研究,根据试验数据拟合得出竹篾净增重率与竹篾毛重的关系式,硬头黄竹竹篾的浸胶变异性小,梁山慈竹竹篾浸胶变异性大且净增重率最小。

Abstract:Three species of sympodial bamboos(Dendrocalamus farinosus;Bambusa rigida;Bambusa omeiensis) growing in Sichuan Province were taken as testing materials.Impregnation characteristics of their bamboo wools were investigated.The concentration of phenol formaldehyde resin(PF),time of impregnation,thickness of bamboo wools and degree of moldiness were taken as variables factors.The different relationships between their resin absorption and their absolute dry weight were also compared.The results showed that thinner and less moldy wools lead to more PF impregnation.Optimal impregnation parameters were 30% resin concentration,6 minute impregnation time and 1.2-1.8 mm wool thickness.
