杉木不同地理种源种子几种同工酶的初步研究

摘    要:<正>研究种子萌发过程中生理生化的变化,胚和胚乳物质与能量代谢是种子生理学研究的重要内容之一。 人们对杉木地理种源及杉木种子作了许多研究,但有关杉木地理种源种子胚、胚乳在萌发过程中的同工酶研究尚未见报导。本文试图对杉木不同种源种子过氧化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶、α—淀粉酶同工酶进行研究,为杉木种子及种源研究提供基础材料。


A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE ISOZYMESOF THE SEEDS OF ELEVEN PROVENANCES INCUNNINGHAMIA LANCEOLATA
Abstract:In order to research the differences of the seeds of Chinese fir, seeds were collected from eleven provenances. They were kept on the filters under the condition of 20℃, 60% relative humidity for germination. After being separated the embryo and the endosperm, isozyme patterns of Peroxidase ( POD ) , esterase and α-amylase were measured by means of polareylamide gel slab electrophoresis. The experimental results were summarized as follows. The POD, esterae and α-amylase patterns, both in the embryo and endosperm, of geographical provenances have some differences, which do not vary with the latitude. The differenes of the isozyme patterns between the embryo and the endosperm of seeds are obvious. The traditional test method of the activity of seeds, only by seperating the embryo and checking it up, can not completely reflect the activity level of seeds because the experiment results showed that both the embryo and the endosperm are very impcrtant for seeds life.
