松材线虫病研究文献计量分析

摘    要:松材线虫病是世界松林最严重的病害,引起各国学者广泛研究。以ISI Web of Science平台的Web of Science~(TM)作为数据源,采用文献计量学的方法,对2002—2016年间发表松材线虫病文献的国家、机构、作者、载文期刊、基金资助机构、学科类别和关键词进行分析。结果表明,全球56个发文国家中,以松材线虫病危害程度最高的亚洲3个国家:日本、中国和韩国,发文数量最多,影响力最高;全球排名前10的研究机构和作者也主要分布于这3个国家中;研究方向则更倾向于动物学、林学和昆虫学方向;载文期刊中,刊载中国学者论文的期刊质量与国际上排名前10的期刊质量还有一定差距;关键词共现网络表明近15年的研究热点为:松墨天牛、生物防治、黑松、鉴定、致病性、传播和拟松材线虫。

Abstract:Pine wilt disease is the most serious threat to pine forests worldwide, thus attracting extensive attention from researchers, especially those from countries suffered from this disease. A research based on the literatures from Web of ScienceTM Database was conducted, making the statistic analysis of data about pine wilt disease researches from different countries, organizations, authors, journals, funds, subjects and keywords during 2002—2016, as well as other key indexes such as total citations, average citations and H index. The results showed that Japan, China and South Korea published the largest amount of articles among the world, which has high influence as well. The top ten organizations and authors were also distributed in these three countries. The research fields about this subject were more active in zoology, forestry and entomology. The quality of articles writing by Chinese should be improved and had better be published by better journals. The co-word analysis showed that the main research keywords were:Monochamus alternates, biocontrol, Pinus thunbergii, identification, pathogencity, transmission and Bursaphelenchus mucronatus.
