不同化感型杉木无性系对连栽地的生理响应

摘    要:采用盆栽模拟生物培养方法,以1年生不同化感型杉木无性系(敏感型、忍耐型)为试验材料,以不同连栽代数(杉木1代林、连栽2代林、连栽3代林)及闽楠人工林(CK)土壤为培养基质,通过测定杉木叶绿素含量Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)、Chla/Chlb],叶绿素荧光参数(Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo),抗氧化酶(SOD、CAT、POD、PPO)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)含量,从而揭示不同化感型杉木无性系对连栽地的生理响应机制。结果表明:(1)与CK相比,2种杉木无性系随连栽代数增加,Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)呈下降趋势,Chla/Chlb呈上升趋势,Fo呈上升的趋势,Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo呈下降趋势,抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量也呈上升趋势。(2)同一林分类型土壤下,忍耐型杉木无性系叶绿素含量、荧光参数值基本高于敏感型杉木无性系,而抗氧化酶及丙二醛值基本低于敏感型杉木无性系,且这2种杉木无性系各参数之间差异显著。(3)杉木叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数相关性分析表明,Chla、Chlb、Chl(a+b)与Fo呈负相关,与Fv/Fo呈显著正相关;Chla/Chlb与Fv、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo呈显著负相关。

Abstract:To reveale the response mechanisms of different allelopathy types of Chinese fir clones on continuous cropping soil, Chlorophyll contentChla, Chlb, Chl(a+b), Chla/Chlb], chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(Fo, Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo), antioxidant enzymes ( SOD, CAT, POD, PPO) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA) content was investigated in different planting generations of Chinese fir plantation soil medium which was cultivated 1-year-old Chinese fir clones through pot experiment method. The results showed:(1) Compared with the CK, Chla, Chlb, Chl(a+b), Fm, Fv, Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo of Chinese fir clones declined with the increasing successive rotation, Chla/Chlb, Fo , antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA rose with the increasing successive rotation. (2) In the same forest types of soil, the value of endurance clones was higher than sensitive clones in chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence, however, endurance clones was lower than sensitive clones in antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA. Different Cunninghamia lanceolata clones existed significant difference in the same stand′s soil. ( 3) Correlation analysis between chlorophyll content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Cunninghamia lanceolata showed that Chla, Chlb and Chl(a+b) was negatively correlated with Fo , significantly positive correlated with Fv/Fo;Chla/Chlb was negatively correlated with Fv , Fv/Fm , Fv/Fo .
