| 摘 要： | 道路交通安全系统的内部结构极为复杂 ,影响因素众多 ,各因素都具有模糊性 .文中着重以“人、车、路”中的“路”对交通安全的影响进行模糊综合评价 .以模糊理论为基础的评价方法 ,先建立评价指标体系 ,用层次分析法确定判断矩阵 ;再用建立起来的模糊评价模型得到交通安全性评价结果 .据其结果 ,可以采取不同的安全措施 ,提高道路交通系统的安全性

| Abstract: | The road traffic system which are affected by the people,auto and road is a very complex system.The effect of the road on traffic safety was mainly appraised in the paper.Firstly,based on the fuzzy theory,the appraising framework was set up.And then,the judging matrix was decided by HAP.After then,the appraising results was obtained from the fuzzy model.Finally,according to the appraising result,the different safe improvements could be used to obtain the safety of the road traffic system. |
