漳平市历年暴雨特征分析

统计漳平市1958—2017年地面气象记录月报表文件中逐日降雨资料,分析该市暴雨的时间分布、强度特征。结果表明,漳平市暴雨的发生具有明显的季节性特点,雨季和台风季是暴雨的多发期,暴雨发生次数占全年的74.1%。暴雨日数存在明显的年代变化,20世纪暴雨日数最多,无论是暴雨次数、强度都明显增加,尤其是大暴雨日数明显增多,进入21世纪后,年暴雨日数时多时少,干旱和洪涝交替呈现,极端气候事件明显。不同等级的暴雨出现频率差异大,暴雨占91.1%,大暴雨占8.9%。研究暴雨的变化特征可为漳平市城市防洪排涝及城市设计提供科学依据,同时也为当地暴雨预报、决策气象服务提供客观的参考依据。

Analysis of Rainstorm Characteristics in Zhangping

According to the daily rainfall data in the monthly report of surface meteorological records from 1958 to 2017 in Zhangping City,the time distribution and intensity characteristics of rainstorm in Zhangping were analyzed.The results showed that the occurrence of rainstorm in Zhangping City had obvious seasonal characteristics.The rainy season and typhoon season were the frequent periods of rainstorm,and the frequency of rainstorm accounts for 74.1%of the whole year.In the 20th century,the number of rainstorm days was the most,and the number and intensity of rainstorm days increased obviously,especially the number of rainstorm days.After entering the 21st century,the number of annual rainstorm days was more or less,drought and flood alternated,and extreme climate events were obvious.The frequency of rainstorm in different grades was quite different.The rainstorm accounted for 91.1%and the rainstorm accounted for 8.9%.The study of the variation characteristics of rainstorm can provide scientific basis for urban flood control and drainage and urban design of Zhangping City,and also provide objective reference for local rainstorm forecast and decisionmaking meteorological services.
