| 摘 要： | 本文对鲤斯坦尼氏小体进行了显微及超微结构的观察。斯氏小体由许多腺泡组成。根据其组织学变化，可分为发育期、生长期、分泌期及萎缩期。发育期细胞位于腺泡壁或腔中，界线不清，胞核平均直径５．６μｍ，常见有丝分裂现象。生长期细胞位于腺泡周缘，胞质内出现电子密度高的分泌颗粒，细胞器发达，有排列成行的粗面内质网，众多的线粒体以及高尔基氏体。分泌期细胞器缺乏，萎缩期只有细胞核和少量残留细胞质。
