孔雀石绿及其代谢产物在水产动物体内的残留、危害及检测研究进展

摘    要:从组织病理学、血液学及毒性试验等角度分析了孔雀石绿对动物的危害,描述了有色孔雀石绿和代谢产物无色孔雀石绿间的生物转化关系,并就国内外对孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿的检测进展情况等进行了评述.建议国内应大力研究从养殖排出水中清除孔雀石绿的方法,开发出安全有效的孔雀石绿替代药物.

Abstract:Histopathological,haematological and toxicological effects of malachite green(MG) on various animals,and the biotransformation of malachite green(MG) and its matabolites,leucomalachite green(LMG) were summarized.The recent research advances on determination of malachite green and leucomalachite green were viewed abroad.Alternative disinfectants to malachite green were advised.An approach to remove excess malachite green from treatment water should be explored.
