| 摘 要： | 盐度对卜氏晶囊轮虫（Asplanchna brightwelli）生长、发育及存活具有一定的影响。在水温25℃自然光照下，盐度分别为0、1、2、3时，以盐度为2的内禀增长率rm、周限增长率λ和净增殖率R0最高，分别为16658、5.2899和20.1；盐度为2的一生生殖次数和总生殖量也最高，分别为4.9、23.2个，其平均寿命最长为98.4h，产前发育期最短为18.71h。世代时间以盐度3最短，为1.414d。本研究结果表明，直度2是卜氏晶囊轮虫生活的最佳盐度。
