| 摘 要： | 本文摘述了大连小三毛金藻(Prymesium parvum Carter)的显微结构和亚显微结构,并用电镜鉴定了天津小三毛金藻。指出小三毛金藻细胞上所覆盖的鳞片都具有一凸起的周边,但是周边分两种类型:一种是稍微内折的窄边,另一种是内折明显的宽边.首次报道这些周边可以脱落.文章讨论了小三毛金藻和舞三毛金藻的分类问题及用电镜鉴定三毛金藻属(Prymnesium sp)应注意的问题

| Abstract: | An isolate of Prymnesium from a fish pond in Dalian of Chian and a collection of Prymuesium from Tianjing, China have been examined using both light and electron microscope. Both of them are Prymnesium parvum Carter. All the scales in P.parvum have a rim. The rims have two types, one is narrow faintly inflexed rim, another is broad markedly inflexed rim. All the rims can be colla psed, This phenomenon has not been reported previously The taxonomic status between P.parvum and P. saltans is discussed in this paper |
