| 摘 要： | 在几种不同金属离子浓度和不同ｐＨ范围内研究了褶皱臂尾轮虫（Ｂｒｏｃｈｉｎｏｎｕｓ ｐｌｉ－ｃａｔｉｌｉｓ）的增殖速率，并根据增殖速率值确定最适宜褶皱臂尾轮虫增殖所需的Ｚｎ＾２＋、Ｃｏ＾２＋、Ｃａ＾２＋质量浓度分别约为０．４、４．０、１５０．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｐＨ值约为９．００。

| Abstract: | The fecundity of \%Brachionus plicatilis\% was determined under several concentrations of metal irons and pH. According to the fecundity,it was found that the optimal Zn\+\{2+\},Co\+\{2+\} and Ca\+\{2+\} concentration for reproduction of \%Brachionus plicatilis\% was 0 4, 4.0 mg/L and 150.0 mg/L,respectively and pH was 9 00. |
