聚乙烯网线的断裂特性分析

摘    要:对聚乙烯网线断裂特性进行了试验研究,结果表明:断裂强力随拉伸速度的增加而增大,断裂伸长率随拉伸速度的增加而减小,且二者与拉伸速度的变化量和网线的粗度有关;网线的干、湿状态对断裂强力有影响,湿态下可获得较大的断裂强力;网线的单线结断裂强力有所损失,损失率的大小与网线粗度有关,受干、湿状态影响较小。

Abstract:The measurements of fracture characteristics of polyethylene twine indicate that the fracture strength increases, while fracture elongation reduces along with the increase of pulling speed, and both of them are related to the change of pulling speed in magnitude and the thickness of twine.Dry or wet state of twine has an impact on fracture strength, and higher fracture strength can be obtained in the wet state. Some loss in fracture strength of overhand knot has been found. The magnitude of losing ratio is related to the thickness of twine, rather than the dry or wet state.
