| 摘 要： | 以一座５７６ｍ＾３水体育苗室进行工厂化河蟹育苗生产为例，剖析了从Ｓａｏ状幼体Ⅰ期（Ｚ１）至Ⅴ期（Ｚ５）及大眼幼体期（Ｍ）饵料投喂量及河蟹幼体变态生长的特性，在此基础上对幼体的生长和投饵及影响Ｚ５至Ｍ期变态率的因素等问题进行了探讨。测得河蟹幼体各变态期平均体重分别为０．０５０，０．１３８，０．４１１，０．９００，２．２９８ｍｇ和６．８９０ｍｇ，各期的平均日投饵率分别为１９４％，１０７％，１２３％，１ |

| Abstract: | Food consumption and metamorphic growth specificity of Chinese mitten crab (\%Eriocheir sinensis\%, H Milne edward) were determined from Zoea (Z\-1-Z\-5) to Megalopa (M)in a hatchery with water volume of 576 m\+3. Some problems about the growth and food consumption of the larvae and the factors influencing the metamorphic rate from the Z\-5 to M were discussed The body weight and food consumption of the larvae during each metamorphic period was 0 05, 0 138, 0 411, 0 900, 2 298 mg and 6 890 mg respectively The average daily food consumption rate was 194%, 107%, 123%, 108%, 64% and 147% respectively |
