多肋藻渣膳食纤维对小鼠降血脂作用的研究

摘    要:通过试验研究了多肋藻Costariacostata渣膳食纤维对高血脂小鼠的降血脂作用。试验用昆明小鼠140只,随机平均分成14组,分别饲喂添加5%、10%、15%三种剂量的多肋藻渣和多肋藻渣膳食纤维(DF)的高脂饲料,以及高脂饲料和基础饲料,共饲养4周,试验结束时测定小鼠血清中各项血脂参数。结果表明:饲喂高脂饲料可成功构建高脂动物模型;各剂量的多肋藻渣不溶性膳食纤维(IDF)和中、高剂量的混合DF能显著降低小鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)的含量(P〈O.05);各剂量的多肋藻渣IDF和高剂量的混合DF能显著降低小鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)的含量(P〈0.05);各剂量的多肋藻渣IDF、可溶性膳食纤维(SDF)、混合DF和多肋藻渣均能显著提高小鼠血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)的含量(P〈0.05),显著降低小鼠血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)的含量(P〈O.05),极显著降低小鼠动脉硬化指数(AI)和肝脏脂肪的含量(P〈O.01),并能显著促使小鼠粪便胆固醇的排泄(P〈0.01);中、高剂量的多肋藻渣IDF能显著降低小鼠的肝脏指数(P〈O.05);各剂量的多肋藻渣SDF、混合DF和高剂量的多肋藻渣能显著提高小鼠的脾脏指数(P〈O.05)。研究表明,多肋藻渣膳食纤维具有明显的降血脂作用。

Abstract:A total of 140 mouse was fed diets containing 5%, 10%, and 15% of seaweed Costaria costata resi- dues, fiber (DF) from the seaweed residues, and high lipid for 4 weeks to evaluate the functional effect of dietary fiber (DF) from the seaweed residues on reduce in serum lipids in the mouse by monitoring of total serum cholesterol (TC), total triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL-C ), fecal cholesterol ( FC ) and liver fat (LF) contents, atherosclerosis index ( AI), liver index and spleen index. The results showed that the high-fat model was found in the mouse fed the diet containing high lipid. The insoluble dietary fiber (IDF) and mixed DF with high dose were found to lead to significant reduce in the TC and TG levels(P〈0.05) ,and the mixed DF with medium dose lower to result in significant reduce in the TC level(P〈 O. 05). There were significantly lower LDL-C, AI levels and LF content in the mouse fed the diets containing IDF, soluble dietary fiber( SDF), mixed DF and the sea weed residues with low, medium and high dose (P〈0.05), while the HDL-C level was improved and the excretion of FC was accelerated(P〈0.05). There was significantly lower liver index in the mouse fed the diets containing IDF with medium and high dose and significantly higher spleen in- dex in the mouse fed the diets containing SDF, mixed DF various and the seaweed residues with high dose (P〈 0.05 ). Therefore, DF from the seaweed residues shows an effect on reducing serum lipids and can be applied in preventing atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.
