摘    要:测定了鳗鲡人工繁殖的胚胎6个主要发育期的耗氧量。总的变化趋势是随着胚胎发育时间的延长,耗氧量也在逐渐增加,二者裼 相关符合指数函数Y=0.1242e^0.0392。其中原肠期和出膜期是对水中溶氧量特别敏感的时期。同时,测定了早期仔鳗(孵出后1~4d)生长耗氧量,并对胚胎及仔鳗的耗氧特点作了初步的讨论。

Abstract:Oxygen consumption in 6 major development stages of eel (\%Anguilla japonica\%) embryo obtained by artificial propagation were determined. The results show that the oxygen consumption increases gradually with the development. The stages of gastrula and hatching are sensitive especially to dissolved oxygen content in water. While the oxygen consumption of early larva(1-4 days after hatch) was also determined
