海带岩藻黄素对小鼠脂质过氧化抑制作用的影响

摘    要:用硫代巴比妥酸法测定小鼠肝组织及线粒体中丙二醛的含量,用分光光度法测定小鼠红细胞溶血和肝线粒体的肿胀程度,从而考察海带Laminaria japonica岩藻黄素对小鼠脂质体系的抗氧化能力。结果表明:岩藻黄素能在自发和诱导条件下抑制肝匀浆液及线粒体中丙二醛的产生,降低红细胞的溶血程度,并能减轻肝线粒体的肿胀程度,且其抑制作用均呈明显的剂量效应关系。这说明海带岩藻黄素具有明显的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:The contents of MDA in liver and liver mitochondria were studied by TBA assay in vitro,and the hemolysis extent of red blood cells and the swelling extent of liver mitochondria were detected by spectrophotometric method to evaluate the antioxidative effects of fucoxanthin from kelp Laminaria japonica in a lipid system of mice.The results showed that the fucoxanthin could inhibited the generation of MDA in liver and liver mitochondria under spontaneous or induced conditions.The swelling of liver mitochondria and the hemolysis of red blood cells were also inhibited with dose-response relationship,indicating that the fucoxanthin from the kelp had significant antioxidant activity.
