黄芪对史氏鲟抗氧化能力及免疫力的影响

摘    要:采用灌服的方法研究了黄芪Astragalus m em branaceus水煎剂对1 龄史氏鲟Acipenser schrencki部分非特异性免疫指标和抗氧化能力的影响。试验分3组进行,每组放史氏鲟10尾,每日灌服1次黄芪水煎剂,剂量均按每100 g鱼体重灌服0.3 mL药液,相当于黄芪(干物质)的用量为日投喂饲料重量的0.5%(A组)、1.0%(B组)和2.0%(C组),对照组鱼灌服蒸馏水。结果显示:A组和B组的史氏鲟被灌服黄芪水煎剂后,血浆及各组织中的溶菌酶含量呈升高的趋势,C组鱼的不同组织变化不一,但均无统计学意义;史氏鲟血浆中的一氧化氮(NO)及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)无显著变化,但B组和C组史氏鲟肝脏中的NO含量与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05),C组史氏鲟肝脏中的NOS活性也与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05);对史氏鲟血浆及肝脏中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性有增强作用,尤其B组鱼的SOD酶活性较对照组显著升高;黄芪能显著降低史氏鲟血浆中丙二醛(MDA)的含量,提高史氏鲟的抗氧化能力。

Abstract:Effects of aqueous extract of radix Astragalus membranaceus Fisch on immunity and antioxidation of 1 year old Amur sturgeon(Acipenser schrencki Brandt) were studied by oral perfusion.The sturgeon were orally perfused aqueous extracts from Astragalus root at a rate of 0.5%(Group A),1.0%(Group B)and 2.0%(Group C) of diet and distilled water at a rate of 0.3 mL/100 g body weight(Group D) once a day,respectively.The results showed that lysozyme level in plasma and different tissues increased in Group A and Group B,and changed in Group C,but statistically there were no significant.There were no significant differences in nitrogen monoxide(NO) and nitrogen monoxide synthetase(NOS) levels in plasma in all groups.In hepatopancrease in Group B and Group C,however,NO levels were significantly higher than that in Group D.NOS level in hepatopancrease was significantly higher than that in Group D.The fish in Group B had higher superoxide dismutase(SOD) than that in Group D.
