| 摘 要： | 于2005年6月—2006年8月对辽宁省东港市大洋河下游采捕的河蚬Corbicula fluminea样品的性腺发育、生殖周期、肥满度、胚胎发育进行了研究。结果表明，大洋河河蚬的性腺发育过程分为增殖期、生长期、成熟期、排放期、恢复期和休止期6个阶段，肥满度指数在2-10月间随水温上升递增，生殖期为6月上旬-10月中旬，其中6月中旬和10月上旬分别大量产卵一次，为两个生殖高峰期，水温为16．0—16．5℃；壳长为10-15mm的1龄河蚬可达性成熟，性成熟季节全为雌雄异体，比例约为1：1，繁殖方式为非孵育型。采用阴干和紫外线照射联合刺激，可诱导亲贝排放精卵。卵为沉性，外被一层胶质卵膜。受精卵在水温为20—22℃，pH为7．3～7．8的淡水中，约10d发育至附着变态阶段，壳长约200μm。
