摘    要:在静水条件下,研究了不同温度、盐度和pH对中国北方常见污损生物——迈氏软苔虫Alcyonidiummytili摄食率的影响。结果表明:迈氏软苔虫在上述不同条件下表现出不同的摄食强度。不同温度下,迈氏软苔虫摄食率的大小依次为20℃〉15℃〉25℃〉10℃〉5℃;不同盐度下,迈氏软苔虫摄食率的大小依次为30〉35〉25〉40〉20;不同pH条件下,其摄食率表现为7.5〉8.5〉6.5〉5.5。方差分析表明,温度和盐度的变化对迈氏软苔虫摄食率的影响极其显著(P〈0.01);pH对其摄食率影响显著(P〈0.05)。根据不同条件下迈氏软苔虫表现出来的不同应激反应,可以为有效防止这种近海污损动物对养殖贝类的侵害提供基础生物学资料。

Abstract:The effects of temperature(5,10,15,20,and 25℃),salinity(20,25,30,35,and 40) and pH(5.5,6.5,7.5,8.5,and 9.5) on feeding rate were studied in common fouling organism Alcyoniclicum mytili.The animal had increase in feeding rate as the temperature increased from 5 ℃ to 20 ℃ and decreases at over 20 ℃.Moreover,there was similar feeding rate under a salinity of 20,25,30,35,and 40 and pH 5.5,6.5,7.5,8.5,and 9.5.The different conditions showed different stress response to their physical living conditions of the initial understanding.
