摘    要:将哲罗鲑Hucho taimen在室内玻璃钢水族箱中用流水饲养,研究了小肽、柠檬酸、氯化钠和大蒜素对哲罗鲑(6.35g±0.21g)摄食、生长、体成分和血清生化指标的影响。养殖周期为56d,水温9.2—14.1℃。结果表明:在基础饲料中添加质量分数为1%的小肽后,显著提高了哲罗鲑的增重率和特定生长率(P〈0.05),血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量也显著升高(P〈0.05),而体成分与对照组差异不大(P〉0.05);饲料中添加质量分数为0.5%柠檬酸和1.0%氯化钠对哲罗鲑摄食率、增重率和特定生长率影响不显著(P〉0.05),0.5%柠檬酸组哲罗鲑血清甘油三酯、胆固醇和高密度脂蛋白较对照组显著降低(P〈0.05);饲料中添加25mg/kg大蒜素显著降低了哲罗鲑的摄食率、增重率和特定生长率(P〈0.05),鱼体水分升高(P〈0.05),粗蛋白和粗脂肪降低(P〈0.05),血清生化指标变化不显著(P〉0.05)。

Abstract:A 56 day feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of four dietary additives(small peptide, citric acid, sodium chloride, and allicin)on food intake, growth performance, body composition, digestive enzyme activities and serum indexes in taimen (Hucho taimen) with initial body weight of (6.35±0.21) g. The fish were raised in a flowing water system and fed 5 diets with triplication of each 50 individuals at water temperature fluctuating from 9.2 ℃ to 14.1 ℃ and dissolved oxygen level of above 8.0 mg/L. The fish fed the diets containing 1% small peptides had significantly higher weight gain, specific growth rate, and serum total protein, albumin and globulin(P<0.05), without significantly change in body composition (P>0.05)compared to the control groups. There were no significantly change in the weight gain and specific growth and low serum glycerinate, cholesterol, and high density lipoprotein in the fish fed the diets containing 0.5% citric acid and 1.0% sodium chloride(P>0.05). The fish fed the diets containing 25 mg/kg allicin had significantly lower feeding rate, weight gain, specific growth, crude protein and crude lipid in body(P<0.05), and significantly higher body moisture(P<0.05), without significant difference in serum chemical indexes(P>0.05)compared with the control groups.
