摘    要:报道了三倍体牡蛎性腺发育的组织学研究结果。三倍体牡蛎性腺发育与二倍体同步,可分为增殖期,生长期,成熟期,排放期和休止期,但产生的成熟雌,雄配子数明显少于二倍体。实验中所发现的染色体条数不足30条的非整倍体个体,没有成熟配子形成。雌,雄同体现象普遍存在于三倍体中,雌,雄配子可产生同一滤泡内,也可产生于不同滤泡。生殖细胞由生殖嵴形成。

Abstract:The histological observations on the developmental gonad of triploid Pacific oyster, \%Crassostrea gigas\% were conducted. Compared with diploids, the development of gonad in triploids was synchronously and it was divided into five stages according to the cytological characteristics of the developing sexual cells and the relative amounts of sexual cells in the follicle: proliferating stage, growing stage, maturing stage, spawning stage, resting stage. But both male and female triploids produced less sex gametes than those diploids. Aneuploids, whose chromosome number was more than 20 but less than 30, were also found in this experiment. Otherwise, its gamete formation was absent, which resulted in sterile gonad. Hermaphroditism was frequently exist in the triploid population. Female and male gametes were either produced in the same follile or in different follicles. And the reproductive cells were formed from reproductive ridge.
