| 摘 要： | 在提取芥菜基因组DNA的基础上,克隆了芥菜中的LEAFY(LFY)同源基因,该基因长为1 307 bp.经过对该基因片段的核苷酸序列分析表明,它和花椰菜的BOFH基因在结构上有高度的保守性,同源率高达93%,与拟南芥中的LFY基因同源性达87%.Abstract：The homologous DNA fragment of L FY was cloned from mustard genomic DNA that had been isolated from Brassica juncea Coss. Its length was 1307kb. Analysis of the nucleotide sequence indicated that homology was up to 93% between it and BOFH of cauliflower, and up to 87% between it and LFY of Arabidopsis thaliana, which implies that they are highly conserved on their structure.
