紫外线诱导对药用真菌菌丝体生长的影响

摘    要:用紫外线照射羊肚菌、松茸、金针菇菌丝体,研究了不同照射时间对菌丝生长速度、菌落直径、菌丝生长势及菌丝干重的影响。结果表明:紫外线照射对羊肚菌和松茸菌丝体的生长有不同程度的促进作用,其中以照射4min处理组的作用最明显,且松茸菌丝体的生长(P<0.05-P<0.001)比羊肝菌(P<0.05-P<0.01)强;紫外线照射对金针菇菌丝体的生长有显著的抑制作用(P<0.001)。

Abstract:The effects of irradiation of UV rays on the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta , Trichoto-ma matsutake and Collybia velutipes were studied on potato culture media. The results showed that UV irradiation for different time enhanced the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta and Trichotoma matsutake to varying degrees. When treated with 4 min irradiation, hyphae grew most quickly, and the effect on the growth of Trichotoma matsutake were better than that of Morchella esculenta . UV irradiation for different time slowed the growth of hyphae of Collybia velutipes, and the treatment with 1-3 min irradiation could slow the growth of hyphae significantly ( P < 0.001) . It can be concluded that UV rays with different irradiation time could enhance the growth of hyphae of Morchella esculenta and Trichotoma matsutake while slowing the growth of hyphae of Collybia velutipes.
