应用薄层等电聚焦电泳法区分松毛虫赤眼蜂地理种群的研究

摘    要:本文应用薄层等电聚焦电泳法分析了松毛虫赤眼蜂4个地理种群的酯酶同工酶、苹果酸同工酶及蛋白质。结果表明:松毛虫赤眼蜂地理种群的酯酶同工酶间有一定差异,苹果酸同工酶及蛋白质间差异极小。与垂直板凝胶电泳比较,薄层等电聚焦电泳法用以分析松毛虫赤眼蜂的酯酶同工酶,分辨率较高,可用于地理种群的鉴定。

Abstract:The thin laver isoelectric focusing electrophoresis has been conducted for studying isozymeand protein variations in four geographic groups of T. dendrolimi. Two isozymes, esterase, malic Enzyme and protein were checked. The results show that the zymograms of esterase have diffrences among the four groups. The zymograms of malic Enzyme and protein are similar a-mong those four groups. The thin layer-IEF electrophosis method is more exactly than the slab polycrylamide gel eletrophoresis in isozyme studying of Trichogramma. This method can be used for distinguishing the geographic groups of T. dendrolimi.
