肥水处理对北方粳稻垩白的影响

摘    要:以不同类型北方粳稻品种为试材,研究了中肥节水灌溉、高肥节水灌溉、高肥正常灌溉、中肥正常灌溉处理对垩白的影响。结果表明:肥水处理对不同类型品种影响不同,直立穗型、半直立穗型>杂交稻和弯穗型品种;随施氮量的增加,垩白率降低,氮肥处理对垩白率的影响大于水分处理;不同品种垩白度对氮肥反应不同,"沈农8801"在中肥节水灌溉处理垩白率最大,而"奥羽316"正好相反;"辽优18"在中肥正常灌溉处理垩白率最大。氮肥处理对其影响差异显著,肥水之间存在耦合效应。

Abstract:With different spike types of rice varieties as materials, the field experiments on the effects of fertilizer and irrigation on cooking quality were carried out. The results showed that effects of fertilizer and irrigation on different varieties were unequal. The sequence was erect spike type cultivars and semi-erect spike cultivars>hybrid cultivars and bent cultivars. Increasing N rates decreased chalkiness, and the effect of nitrogen treatment on chalkiness was greater than irrigation treatment. The results of fertilizer and water management on chalkiness percentage of different varieties were various, the difference of chalkiness percentage was noted responding to N management, and coupling existed between fertilizer and water treatment. Chalkiness percentage of shennong 8801 under the treatment of medium fertilizer and water saving irrigation was minimum, but "aoyu 316" was opposite and that of "liaoyou 18" under the treatment of medium fertilizer and normal water was maximum.
