| 摘 要： | 本文采用变态反应、补体结合反应和ELISA对副结核阳性牛进行细胞免疫和体液免疫检测,并比较这三种方法在副结核病的检测过程中的作用和相互关系。结果表明:机体对副结核菌的感染,首先产生的是细胞免疫,然后才是体液免疫。变态反应是检测细胞免疫的手段。补反和ELISA是检测体液免疫的手段。两者不能互相替代,而只能互为补充。ELISA检测方法比补反更为敏感。

| Abstract: | The paratuberculosis cattle were determaned by Allage test, complemennt fixtion test and ELISA. Camparison and relations of three diagnostic methods were investigated. The results showed that the infected animals produced the cellular-mediate immunity reactionary at first and then humoral immunity reactionary. The former was determined by Allage test and the later by complement fixtion test and ELISA. The both methods were not coincidental. They should be complement each other in diagnosis paratuberculosis. The ELISA was more sensitive than the CF. |
