摘    要:比较分析了防止细菌污染PDA平板的不同方法和创造无菌工作环境的不同方法,结果表明:倒平板时加乳酸防止细菌污染的效果强于加入细菌清和新植霉素等抗生素的,后者又强于双层培养基法;紫外灯灭菌效果比喷雾除菌效果好。

Abstract:Different methods of preventing bacteria contamination and creating aseptic working environments were studied. The results showed that adding lactic acid to plate culture medium is better than adding antibiotics "Xijunqing"and"Xinzhimeisu" and so on, but the later is better than the method of double-layer culture medium. The effect of ultraviolet sterilization is better than sprayingsterilization.
