沙棘根系分布及根瘤研究

摘    要:以中国沙棘、俄罗斯大果沙棘和蒙古大果沙棘的3个品种为试材,采用根窖法对沙棘的根系分布进行了研究,结果表明沙棘的根系主要分布于0~60cm的土层中。通过调查,发现中国沙棘“中阳”根瘤总数、中根瘤数最多;俄罗斯大果沙棘品种“金阳”的根瘤总体积、根瘤鲜重、根瘤干重、最大根瘤重、最大根瘤直径、根瘤总氮量最大;蒙古大果沙棘品种“秋阳”大根瘤数最多。

Abstract:Root distribution and growth state of root nodules of sea buckthorn cultivars from China,Russia and Mongolia were studied by the root vault method.The results showed that seabuckthorn roots distributed in 0 to 60 cm soil.And the number of root nodules and the number of middle root nodules from Midday sun(Hippophae rhamnoides L.subsp.sinensis Rousi.) were the highest.The volume,fresh weight and net weight of root nodules,the weight and the diameter of the biggest root nodules,and the nitrogen content of root nodules from Golden sun were the highest or the biggest.But the number of bigger root nodules from Autumn sun was the highest.
