摘    要:按照Griffing守全双列杂交遗传交配设计方法Ⅰ配制组合,对甜玉米产量性状的特殊配合力进行了测定并根据70个甜玉米自交系数量性状的表现计算了它们之间的遗传距离。回归分析结果表明:F1代产量的特殊配合力与双亲之间的遗传距离呈三次曲线关系,而F1代含糖量性状的特殊配合力与双亲之间的遗传距离无确定关系。同时,对遗传距离预测F1产量的特殊配合力的可能性进行了探讨。

Abstract:A total of 8 inbred lines with great genetic diversity in 70 inbred lines of sweet corn were used selectively as parents to make complete diallel crosses in accordance with the Griffing method 1 in order to study the relationship between genetic divergence and specific combining ability of sweet corn. The results showed that the relation between genetic divergence and specific combining ability of the green ear yield can be described as Y SCA=a+bD+cD 2+dD 3. The yield specific combining ability can be predicted from the divergence of their parental lines according to this model,but no definite relation could be found between parental genetic divergence and the specific combining ability of sugar content in sweet corn.
