| 摘 要： | 对由荷泽引种至沈阳的７种牡丹分别进行了生理指标与叶茎解剖的观察，并分析测定了其抗寒性。结果表明：抗寒品种有较稳定的电导率，而且束缚水／自由水比值大。解剖分析表明，抗寒品种其栅栏细胞的长径／短径比值大，叶绿体含量多。利用电导法测定各品种之间的抗寒性和组织解剖观察结果一致。
