土壤深松技术研究进展

摘    要:论述了深松机具的种类以及深松部件减阻节能的技术措施,分析了土壤-深松部件接触系统的相互关系,提出了基于典型土壤动物的脱附减阻和深松碎土机理的仿生深松部件的设计思路。

Abstract:Subsoiling is an important technique of conservation tillage systems on dryland. To study resistance reduction of subsoiling components and energy consumption and to meet the farming request have become the key items in agricultural machinery area. Subsoiling implements, resistance reduction techniques and energy consumption are discussed. The interrelation of soil-tool contacting system is also analyzed . The designing method of bionics subsoiling parts based on typical soil animal adhesion and friction reduction and deep loosening mechanism is clarified. The dynamic simulation of soil-tool system and optimization of tillage parts by the FEM of ANSYS software are also dealt with to decrease tillage cost.
