壳聚糖对烟草种子萌发及幼苗生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的壳聚糖柠檬酸溶液泡烟草种子,旨在探讨壳聚糖对烟草种子萌发及幼苗某些生理生化特性的影响。试验的结果表明,适宜浓度的壳聚糖溶液能提高烟草种子活动,促进幼苗生长;可提高呼吸速率,幼苗叶绿素含量及可溶性蛋白含量;过氧化物酶,硝酸还原酶及淀粉酶活性也随壳糖处理浓度的增大而明显提高。

Abstract:The seeds soused with different comcentration chitosan citricacid. Than studied the effects of chitosan on physiological biochemiscal characters of tobacco germinating seeds and seedling. The results showed that chitosan solution in apropriate concentration could improve germinating percentage, germinating index and vigor index of tobacco seeds, stimulate growth of seedling. The rate of respiration of germinating seeds, the content of chlorophyll and the soluble protein were higher than control. The activities of peroxidase, nitrate reductase and diastase increased along which cocentration of chitosan increasing.
