黄(鱼桑)鱼消化酶活性的初步研究

摘    要:对黄颡鱼消化器官蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性进行了测定分析。结果表明:黄(鱼桑)鱼胃、肝胰脏及前、中、后肠蛋白酶最适pH值分别为:2.5,7.0,6.0,7.0,7.0;蛋白酶活性顺序为胃>肠>肝胰脏,淀粉酶活性顺序与蛋白酶相同;中肠的蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性最强。

Abstract:Protease activity and amylase activities in digestive organs of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the optimum pH for protease activity were 2.5,7.0,6.0, 7.0 and 7.0 in stomaches, hepatopancreas, foregut, midgut and hindgut of Pseudobagrus fulvidraco respectively. The protease and amylase activties were, in turn, from high to low in stomaches, intestines and hepatopancreas. Protease and amylase activities in intestine were the highest in the midgut.
