杨树对潮霉素的敏感性研究

摘    要:以山新杨、欧美杨、小黑杨无菌苗的幼叶、叶片分化的不定芽、茎段为外植体,研究了其对潮霉素的敏感性。结果表明:叶片分化时山新杨和欧美杨的潮霉素敏感性为2.0 mg/L,小黑杨为3.0 mg/L;不定芽生长和生根时山新杨和小黑杨的敏感性为2.0 mg/L,欧美杨为1.0 mg/L;茎段生长和生根时山新杨和小黑杨的敏感性为6.0 mg/L,欧美杨为2.0 mg/L。

Abstract:Leaves, buds and stems of Populus davidiana×P.bollena, Populus×euramericana and Populus simonii×P. nigra were cultured as explants to investigate influence of hygromycin. The results showed that the optimal concentrations of hygromycin to Populus davidiana×P.bollena and Populus×euramericana were 2.0 mg/L and to Populus simonii×P. nigra was 3.0 mg/L at the stage of leaf differentiation;2.0 mg/L to Populus davidiana×P.bollena and Populus simonii×P. nigra and 1.0 mg/L to Populus×euramericana at the stage of bud growing and rooting;6.0 mg/L to Populus davidiana×P.bolleana and Populus simonii×P. nigra and 2.0 mg/L to Populus×euramericana at the stage of stem growing and rooting.
