| 摘 要： | 从山东烟区的不同类型的植烟土壤中 ,采集烟草根际土 ,经湿筛倾倒蔗糖浮选分离VA菌根真菌孢子 ,单孢接种烟苗在水培条件下 ,选出在烟草上能形成VA菌根的菌株进行分类研究。鉴定出烟草VA菌根真菌 2个属 11个种。属于球囊霉属Glomus的种 :苏格兰球囊霉G caledonium (Nicol &Gerd )Gerd &Trappe,近明球囊霉G claroideumSchenck&Smith ,缩球囊霉G constrictumTrappe ,德里球囊霉G delhienseMukerji,Bhattacharjee&Tewari,透光球囊霉G diaphanumMorton&Walker ,幼套球囊霉G etunicatumBecker&Gerdmann ,聚集球囊霉G glomerulatumSieverding ,根内球囊霉G intraradicesSchenck&Smith ,摩西球囊霉G mosseae (Nicol &Gerd )Gerd &Trappe ,网状球囊霉G reticulatumBhattacharjee&Mukerji;属于无梗孢囊霉属Acaulospora的种 :詹氏无梗孢囊霉A gerdemanniiSchenck&Nicolson。其中德里球囊霉、聚集球囊霉、网状球囊霉和詹氏无梗孢囊霉 4个种为我国新纪录种。对各个种的形态特征进行了详细描述

| Abstract: | Chlamydospores and azygospores of vesicular arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(VAMF) were isolated by wet sieving and decanting method from rhizospherical soils of tobacco. Tobacco seedlings at four leaf stage were inoculated with single spores of fungal isolates and transferred into sterilized sand in black plastic tubes and then cultured in solution with low level of nutrients. VAM on tobacco were reisolated and 11 species in 2 genera were indentified, including G. caledoniu, G claroideum, G constrictum, G delhiense, G diaphanum, G etunicatum, G glomerulatum, G intraradices, G mosseae and G reticulatum in genus Glomus , and A gerdemannii in genus Acaulospora. Of which, G delhiense,G glome-rulatum, G reticulatum and A gerdemannii were first recorded in China |
