| 摘 要： | 从长白山产林蛙皮肤中分离到具有抗菌活性的蛋白、多肽混合物LPⅠ，经凝胶过滤，进一步分离纯化，获得一种具有抗菌尖性的多肽物质LPⅡ。抑菌试验表明，对于多种革兰氏阴性细菌、革兰氏阳性细菌以及真菌，LPⅠ具有一定的抑菌作用；LPⅡ具有较中的抗菌作用。SDS－PAGE电泳分析表明：LPⅡ为单一区带，测定其分子量为6．3ku。

| Abstract: | LPⅠ，the mixture of antibiotic protein and peptide was separated from skin of Changbai Mountain forest frog with gel filtration chromatography. Further separation with gel filtration chromatography, LPⅡ,a antibiotic peptide was obtained.Antibiotic test showed that LPⅠhad antibitic activity and LPⅡhad fairly high antibiotic activity against gram-negative bacteira,gram-positive bacteira and some fungi.By SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis, LPⅡwas showed to be a single belt,with molecular weight 6.3 ku. |
