摘    要:为研究甜高粱耐盐碱特性,探讨盐碱生境对甜高粱幼苗生物量及抗氧化酶活性的影响,选择北方有代表性的6个甜高粱品种在黑土和盐碱土种植,取幼苗期甜高粱叶片,测定其生物量、抗氧化酶活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明:盐碱生境均能提高幼苗时期甜高梁叶片中SOD、CAT、POD的活性,MDA含量提高,植株生物量降低,不同品种抗氧化酶活性和MDA含量增幅不同。不同甜高粱品种抗盐碱能力差异较大,"九甜杂4"抗盐碱能力强,植株生物量高。甜高粱幼苗可通过提高抗氧化酶活性、增加干物质积累而表现出较强的耐盐碱能力。

Abstract:To study the standing saline-alkali characteristics of sweet sorghum and investigate the effect of saline-alkali habitats on biomass and antioxidant enzymes of sweet sorghum,we chose six representative northern sweet sorghum varieties,planted them in black soil and saline-alkali soil,and measured biomass,antioxidant enzyme activity and mallondialdehyde (MDA) content of leaves from the sorghum varieties seedlings.The results showed that superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT),and peroxidase (POD) activity enhanced to certain degrees and malondialdehyde content increased,but plant biomass decreased under saline-alkali habitats.Different varieties of sweet sor ghum were significantly different in saline-alkali resistance,and Jiutianza 4 possessed strong salinealkali resistance and its plants had high biomass.Saline-alkali resistance of sweet sorghum seedlings can be enhanced by increasing antioxidant enzyme activity and dry matter accumulation.
