超高产玉米灌浆速率与干物质积累特性研究

摘    要:以2个超高产玉米品种先玉335、郑单958为试材,以长城799和通吉100普通玉米品种为对照,测定不同生育时期灌浆速率、干物质积累与分配的变化.结果表明:超高产玉米品种的籽粒灌浆速率高值持续期显著高于对照品种;群体干物质积累速率和最终积累量都表现出先玉335高于郑单958高于长城799和通吉100;超高产玉米品种的苞叶和茎鞘中干物质向籽粒运转率较高,茎鞘中积累的干物质对玉米籽粒的贡献率最大.

Abstract:In this experiment,two super high-yield and two common cultivars of maize were used.The average grain filling and drymatter accumulation and distribution were studied in different growth stages under field conditions.The results showed that the duration of high-filling rate of kernel was higher in super high-yield maize than that in common maize.And the dry matter accumulation rate and quantity showed that xianyu335 was higher than zhengdan958,changcheng799 or Tongji100 in plant groups;Furthermore,the rate of dry matter on maize bract and stem sheath transported to seed in super high-yield maize was higher with a comparison of the common maize.The contribution of the dry matter of stem sheath to kernel was the highest.
