几种牛副结核琼扩抗原的比较

利用免疫学方法制备了牛副结核细胞浆抗原、细胞壁声波粉碎抗原、Sephadex-G200层析抗原和草柱亲和抗原，分别与牛副结核阳性、弱阳性及阴性血清进行琼扩散试验。结果表明：细胞浆抗原、细胞壁超声波粉碎抗原与阳性、弱阳性血清之间，以及层析抗原和草柱亲和抗原与阳性血清之间有沉淀线出现，而其它的均无沉淀线出现。12个月后，重复该试验，结果细胞浆抗原、细胞壁超声波粉碎抗原阳性血清之间有沉淀线出现，而与弱阳性血清之间以及层析抗原和草柱亲和抗原与阳性血清之间均推动了沉淀线。结果显示：细胞浆抗原和细胞壁声波粉碎抗原在用作牛副结核琼护抗原时，优化层析抗原和草柱亲和抗原。

Comparison Study of Several Agar Diffusion Antigen of Bovine Paratuberculosis

Bovine paratuberculosis antigen was prepared from cytoplasm and cell wall and with Sephadex-G200 and M phlei absorption methods. In agar diffusion test immediate after separation of antigen, sediment lines were found between each of the four antigens and ELISA positive serum, while sediment lines appeared only between cytoplasm and cell wall antigen and low positive serum. The tests were repeated after the antigen preparation was stored for 12 months. Sediment lines were found only between cytoplasm and cell wall antigen and positive serum This suggests that as bovine paratuberculosis diagnosis antigen with agar diffusion test, cytoplasm and cell wall antigen are better than antigen prepared with Sephadex-G200 and antigen M phlei absorption
