气吸式水稻芽种排种器充种过程的模拟仿真

摘    要:以气吸式垂直圆盘排种器为研究对象,对气室流场和种子运动过程进行了分析,利用FLUENT软件建立了气吸式水稻芽种排种器充种过程的仿真模型,并对水稻芽种在充种过程中的速度场、压力场和种子的吸附轨迹及种子的吸附速度进行了模拟。结果表明:利用FLUENT软件对气吸式水稻芽种排种器充种过程进行仿真是可行的,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。

Abstract:Using the Air vertical rotor Seed metering Device(ASD) as the investigation object, gas field and seed sporting process were analyzed, andseed filling process of ASD through FLUENT software was modeled. Then simulated air speed, air pressure, seed trajectory and seed sporting speed were simulated in the seed filling process of rice bud sowing. The results showed that it was feasibletosimulate the seed filling process of the Air vertical rotor seed metering deviceby FLUENT software, numerical simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results.
