| 摘 要： | 以肝素为对照品，对林蛙多糖（TCPS）进行了定性分析。经组分鉴别试验、异染试验及其它理化性质的测定，结果表明：TCPS主要由氨基己糖、己糖醛酸和SO4^2-组成，为类肝素物质。

| Abstract: | Componenets of Temperaria chensinensis polysaccharides(TCPS) were identified using Heparin as control sample. The metachromatic test was conducted and other physicochemical properties of TCPS were also studied The results indicated that TCPS was mainly made up of hexosamine?hexuronic acid and SO 4 2- ,suggesting that TCPS was heparinoid. |
